This powerful non-fiction narrative explores African heritage, spirituality, ancestral traditions, and cultural identity, rooted in the practices of the Bamileke people of Cameroon. Blending personal discovery with historical reflection, the book examines resilience, legacy, and the reclaiming of cultural identity in a modern world.
