Drawing from both professional expertise and lived experience, Jaimie created The Healing Journey to provide veterans and others living with PTSD a supportive space to reflect, build resilience, and move forward. Her workbook and journal features guided prompts, practical exercises, and compassionate encouragement for those on a healing journey.
